摘　　要：目前国内学术界对商业银行竞争力的研究主要侧重于商业银行总行,对区域经济环境下商业银行二级分行的竞争力研究相对不足,研究在构建商业银行二级分行竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,利用熵权法与层次分析法相结合的综合方法对各评价指标赋予权重,计算得出中国银行怀化分行竞争力综合分值,并通过对比分析探寻其在怀化地区竞争力情况.At present, domestic academic research on commercial bank＇s competitiveness mainly focuses on the Commercial Bank, lacking of second branches of commercial banks. In this paper, in the framework of the index system to evaluate the competitiveness of second branches of commercial banks, the author applies entropy method and analytic hierarchy process giving the weight of each index and then calculates bank of China in Huaihua＇s comprehensive scores and through comparative analysis to explore its competitive situation in Huaihua region.
