摘　　要：粮食物流是粮食商品流通的重要内容构成,加强现代粮食物流体系建设,提升粮食物流服务水平是提高粮食流通效率、降低粮食流通成本的重要路径。阐述了粮食物流体系建设与粮食流通成本控制的关系,分析了粮食流通运行、粮食物流体系建设现状和存在的主要问题,在此基础上,就如何构筑现代粮食物流体系,进一步有效控制粮食流通成本提出了具体建议。Grain logistics is a key component in the grain commodity circulation, and strengthening the building of a modern grain logistic system and improving grain logistics service are a key way to improve the effi- ciency of grain circulation and reduce the cost of grain circulation. This text explores the relationship be- tween the building of grain logistics system and the control of grain circulation cost, analyzes the status and major existing problems in grain circulation and grain logistics system building, and proposes six con- crete recommendations based on this analysis as to how to build a modern grain logistics system and further the effective control of grain circulation cost.
