摘　　要：产学研合作能够充分利用学校、企业与科研单位等各自优势,把教育与生产、科研实践有机联接起来,已成为培养创新人才的最佳途径之一。但目前对独立学院产学研结合人才培养模式的研究和实践都较少,该文主要介绍南京大学金陵学院应用化学专业在产学研结合人才培养模式方面所进行的探索、实践以及今后的发展方向。Cooperation of university-industry ,which could combine the respective advantages of university and enterprises and connect the education ,production and scientific research practice ,is recognized as the best way to cultivate innovative talents .However ,the research on the talents’ training mode through cooperation of university-industry in independent colleges is deficient .This paper introduces the practice and exploration on the talents’ training mode through cooperation of university-industry in school of chemistry and life sciences of Jinling College of Nanjing University .This paper also reports the direction of development in the future .
