军校实验室文化构建实践探索

摘　　要：军校实验室文化作为一种文化形态,既有一般实验室的普遍性,又有浓厚的"军味"。实验室文化的构建是一项系统工程。该文在讨论军校实验室文化构建的基础上,结合近年来海军航空工程学院实验室文化构建的具体实践及成效,探讨了军校实验室文化构建实现的途径与方式。The laboratory culture of the military academy is a form that is relative to the military laboratory .It has both cultural attribute of general laboratory and has a dense “army characteristic .” Construction of laboratory culture of military academy is a system engineering .Based on the principle of the military academy laboratory culture construction discussed ,and combining the concrete practice and effectiveness of laboratory culture construction with the Naval Aeronautical and Astronautical University in recent years ,the realization way and method of military academy laboratory culture construction are investigated .
