摘　　要：针对ABS和高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)2种不同极性塑料,开发了黑色热塑性底漆和与之相配套的紫外光(UV)固化清漆,取得了良好的使用效果。主要从涂料配方的角度,较系统地讨论了光引发剂的类型及用量对UV固化涂料光固化性能和漆膜各项理化性能的影响,并分析了固化机理及规律。The black thermoplastic primer and the corresponding UV curing varnish were developed, which were suitable for ABS and HIPS with different polarities, and good results were achieved. From the perspective of coatings formulation, the influen properties of UV curable ces of th coatings e type and the amount of photoinitiators on the light curing properties and film were studied systematically. The curing mechanism and rules were discussed.
