摘  要:产学研合作教育是充分利用学校与企业、科研单位等多种教育环境和资源,把学校教育与生产、科研实践有机结合的教育形式。发挥产学研合作教育优势,完善产学研相结合的人才培养模式,是高等教育主动适应经济建设和社会发展对人才培养的基本要求,更是开展创新创业教育、培养高素质应用型人才的必由之路和热点研究问题。产学研合作教育在培养应用型人才方面具有重要作用,但在实践应用中也存在着观念落后、机制不健全、课程设置不合理、教师投入不够、督导不到位等突出问题,针对这些存在的问题进行分析,给出相应对策,从而为进一步完善产学研合作教育实践提供有益借鉴。Industry-university-institute cooperation education is a mode of making full use of school and enterprise, scientific research units and other education environment and resources, the school education and production, scientific research and practice of organic combination of forms of education. Giving full play to the advantages of cooperative education, perfect the combination mode of talent training, higher education is to adapt to the economic construction and social development of the basic requirements of talent training, especially in the only way for innovation entrepreneurship education and train high quality applied talents and hot research issues. Industry-university-institute cooperation education plays an important role in cultivating applied talents, but also existing in practical application is the idea behind, the mechanism is not sound, unreasonable curriculum, teachers put such outstanding problems as not enough, the supervision does not reach the designated position, according to these existing problems are analyzed, and gives the corresponding countermeasures, so as to further perfect the cooperative education of production, study and practice provides a useful reference.
