摘　　要：专利权作为我国知识产权保护的三大支柱之一,对于国内专利市场的有序发展以及公民合法权利的保护都有着重要意义。通过对专利保护范围、专利侵权行为形态及诉讼中止问题和滥用专利权的行为进行概括分析,可以更好地帮助专利权人正确地行使自己的正当权利,更好地推进对专利权切实有效的保护,同时也能促进我国专利市场的健康稳定发展。As one of the three pillars of China＇s intellectual property protection,patent right is of great significance to the development of the market for domestic patents,as well as the protection of the legal rights of citizens. This article attempts tosummarize and analyze the scope of patent protection, the type and suspension of patent infringement, and behavior of the abuse of patent right, to help the patentee properly exercise their legitimate rights, to better promote the effective protection of patent rights, as well as promote the healthy and stable development of China＇ s patent market.
