摘  要:探讨腹部手术后切口脂肪液化的原因及防治,通过对腹壁切口脂肪液化的原因及临床特点探讨,我们有针对性的加强预防,尤其掌握高频电刀的正确使用,尽量避免腹壁切口脂肪液化的发生,及早发现及综合有效的处理能预防切口脂肪液化或缩短切口愈合时间,减轻患者痛苦,以提高患者的生活质量。To investigate the causes of fat liquefaction of abdominal incision after operation and the prevention and control, based on the cause and clinical characteristics of fat liquefaction of abdominal incision, we targeted to strengthen prevention, especially mas- ter the proper use of high - frequency electric knife, try to avoid the happening of fat liquefaction of abdominal incision, early detec- tion and comprehensive and effective treatment can prevent the fat liquefaction of incision and incision healing time, reducing patient pain, in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
