摘　　要：网络的发展和普及越来越深刻地变革着人们对思想意识形态的认知和态度,作为社会信息化最密集、受影响群体最大的高校首当其冲。将思想政治教育与网络传播合于一体的教育理念给高校教育注入了新的生机和活力。因此"红色网站"的建设和发展逐渐地提上日程。这个新型教育平台的实效性和时代性就具有了非常重要的现实意义。就当前"红色网站"的建设和运营中产生的矛盾和问题进行了探讨,并提出了观点和建议。Development and popularity of the network have deeply changed people＇s ideological perception and attitudes. With the densest social information and the largest affected groups, universities bear the brunt. The educational theory on the combination of the ideological and political education and the network dissemination has injected new vigor and vitality into the higher education. Therefore, the construction and development of Red Website are gradually put on the agenda, which imbues the effectiveness and the times of this new education platform with very important practical significance. This article investigates current contradictions and problems in the construction and operation of Red Website and puts forward some ideas and nrooosals.
