摘 要:目的探讨支气管哮喘(BA)急性发作期患者血清白细胞介素13(IL-13)、IL-23、IL-33水平变化的临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测80例哮喘急性发作期患者(BA组)和60例健康体检者(健康对照组)的血清IL水平。结果BA组血清IL-13、IL-23、IL-33含量均明显高于健康对照组[分别为(2.8±1.6)ng/L比(1.6±0.5)ng/L,(15.9±13.6)ng/L比(5.9±2.2)ng/L,(61.4±28.6)ng/L比(5.3±4.9)ng/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论BA急性发作期患者血清IL-13、IL-23、IL-33水平升高,提示这3种IL在哮喘急性发作中起到促炎作用,可能参与了哮喘的发病。Objective To explore the serum level of interleukin-13/23/33 in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods Eighty patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were as research subjects, and serum IL-13/IL-23/IL-33 level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. 60 normal people were as con- trol group. Results The serum IL-13, IL-23, IL-33 from asthmatic patients in acute attack were higher than those of normal people [ ( 2.8 ± 1.6) ng/L vs ( 1.6 ± 0.5 ) ng/L, ( 15.9 ± 13.6) ng/L vs ( 5.9 ± 2.2 ) ng/L, ( 61.4 ± 28.6)ng/L vs (5.3 ±4.9)ng/L](P〈0.01). Conclusion IL-13, IL-23 and IL-33 play roles in pathology with airway allergic inflammation, which may be one of the reasons for bronchial asthma.
