新型封堵器在输尿管镜下碎石术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型输尿管封堵器用于输尿管镜下碎石术中的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年10月至2013年1月用输尿管镜结合结石封堵器治疗输尿管结石患者85例，其中男55例，女30例；上段结石28例，中段结石30例，下段结石27例；结石直径7-13mm。在输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石过程中配合使用封堵器进行封堵。结果总碎石率97．6％（83／85），无输尿管穿孔及黏膜撕脱等严重并发症，术后无有意义结石残留（残留结石均小于3mm），除2例上段结石漂移至肾盂，余均成功碎石。结论输尿管管路封堵器能显著减少输尿管碎石术中结石漂移，提高结石清除率．Objective To explore the security and effectiveness of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for treatment of ureteral stones with INNOVEX TMIVX-SC10 ureteral occlusion device. Methods Eighty-five cases of patients with ureteral calculi treated with the ureteroscopy made in Germany and the INNCIVEX TMIVX-SC10 ureteral occlusion device made in Shanghai were retrospectively analyzed. There were 28 cases of upper ureteral stone, 30 cases of stones in the middle ureteral and 27 cases in lower ureteral stones. Results The total lithotripsy success rate was 97.6% （83/85） , there were no peri-operative complications in our study. In 85 cases, there were no more significant residual calculus. Conclusions Ureteral occlusion device can significantly reduce the stones in the ureter lithotripsy drift, improve stone clearance rate and shorten the operation time. It can be a good solution to the middle and upper ureteral stone back pelvis.
