摘　　要：目的探讨308nm准分子激光治疗慢性女阴营养不良症的有效性与安全性。方法选取新疆维吾尔自治区克拉玛依市中心医院门诊就诊的慢性女阴营养不良症患者84例，按就诊顺序随机分为2组。观察组44例，采用308nm准分子激光局部照射治疗，2次／周；对照组40例，外用盐酸曲安奈德软膏2次／d，使用时软膏薄涂患处，轻轻揉搓2-5min，4周为1个疗程。2组均治疗4周。观察和分析治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为93．2％（41／44），对照组总有效率为70．0％（28／40），组间差异有统计学意义（X^2=7．69，P〈0．05）。观察组中有1例患者在加量时出现红斑时间延长、轻微水肿疼痛，未予处理，自行恢复；2例患者出现轻微脱屑。结论308nm准分子激光治疗慢性女阴营养不良近期疗效明显，副作用较少。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of chronic vulvar dystrophy. Methods Totally 84 patients with chronic vulvar dystrophy were randomly divided into 2 groups. 44 patients in the observation group were treated with 308 nm excimer laser twice a week ; the control group （40 cases） was treated with triamcinolone acetonide twice every day. The follow-up was 4 weeks. The clinical re- sponse to therapy and adverse effects was recorded. Results The total effective rate was 93.2% （4/44） in the ob- servation group. The total effective rate was 70.0% （28/40） in the control group. The comparison in two groups showed significant differences（x2 = 7.69, P 〈 0.05 ）. The side effect was only erythema which was well tolerated with a low incidence during treatment. Conclusion The treatment of chronic vulvar dystrophy with 308 nm excimer laser shows good efficacy in short time with little adverse reactions.
