口服维生素K_4佐治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘121例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服Vit K4佐治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:将121例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分成两组,两组均进行综合治疗,治疗组加用Vit K4片于夜睡前口服,对比两组治疗前后症状缓解程度,时间以及气道阻力降低、改善肺功能情况。结果:治疗组在治疗有效率、缓解症状时间以及降低气道阻力、改善肺功能程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Vit K4有止咳、解痉、镇静等多种治疗作用,可显著缓解咳嗽变异性哮喘症状,减轻气道过敏反应;且本品价廉安全,不良反应少,有可靠的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effcacy of oral Vit K4 on children with cough variant asthma.Methods 121 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of comprehensive treatment,treatment group was added with Vit K4 tablets on the night before the oral,and compared before and after treatment in the two groups symptoms degree,time and airway resistance decreased,improve lung function.Results The treatment group in the treatment effciency,relieve symptoms and reduce airway resistance,improve lung function were signifcantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Vit K4 has antitussive,antispasmodic,s edation and other treatment effect,can signifcantly relieve the symptoms of cough variant asthma,reduce airway allergic reaction;and the product cheap and safety,less adverse reaction,with reliable clinical application value.
