正压无针接头在静脉输液中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察正压无针接头在静脉输液中的效果。方法:使用静脉留置针患者300例,随机分为正压无针接头和普通肝素帽两组,每组150例,进行回血情况、堵管情况、感染几率、护士意外针刺伤发生率、输液器针头脱落情况的效果观察。结果:两组病例回血情况、堵管情况、感染几率、护士意外针刺伤发生率、输液器针头脱落情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正压无针接头有效延长套管针使用时间、阻止套管针血液回流、降低感染几率、避免护理人员意外针刺伤,同时减轻了护理工作量,提高了护理工作效率,在临床工作中值得推广应用。Objective To observe the positive pressure needleless connector in venous transfusion effect.Methods 300 cases of patients with venous indwelling needle,randomly divided into positive pressure needleless connector and heparin cap of two groups,150 cases in each group,were blood returning,plugging,infection,accidental needle stick injuries of nurses to observe the occurrence,transfusion needle shedding effect.Results Two cases blood returning,plugging,infection,accidental needle stick injuries of nurses,incidence of transfusion needle shedding was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Positive pressure no pin connector prolong trocar used time,stop the trocar blood circulation,reduce the risk of infection,to avoid accidental needle stick injuries of nursing staff,at the same time,reduce the nursing workload,improve the effciency of nursing work,is worthy to be popularized in clinical work.
