摘 要:结合河南省义马市历史遗留铬渣无害化处置经验,通过对铬渣干法解毒和湿法解毒2种无害化处置方法的机理阐述,详细分析了铬渣研磨粒径、反应酸度、还原剂加入量、解毒产物填埋方式及产物含水率等因素对铬渣处置效果的影响。同时从处理成本、处置工艺难易程度及铬渣解毒效果等多方面对已得到实际规模化应用的铬渣湿法解毒和干法解毒进行对比分析,以对国内其它地区铬渣无害化处置提供参考意见。Based on the harmless disposal technology experience of historical chrome residue in the city of Yima, the mechanism of both wet and dry process of chrome residue detoxification technology were summarized. The impact of chromium residue size, acidity control, addition of reducer, landfill modes and moisture content of detoxification products on disposal of chromium residue were analyzed. The contrast between wet process and dry process of chrome residue was analyzed in disposal cost, disposal process difficulties and stability of disposal products. Some advices were proposed for the harmless disposal technology of chrome residue in other areas.
