摘 要:随着膜技术在城市污水再生利用中应用规模的增大,膜污染问题也越来越突出,并成为制约处理成本的因素之一。通过对超滤、反渗透的原理、膜污染原因、污染种类及相关研究进行综述,结合对2个应用双膜法深度处理城市污水项目的运营情况及存在问题的分析,得出双膜法应用于城市污水深度处理时,超滤能提供稳定的水质,但反渗透化学清洗比较频繁,造成反渗透污染的主要原因是有机污染及微生物污染。因此,避免膜污染的关键措施首先要选择合适的预处理,同时优化工艺设计,其次在实际运行中优化运行方案,最后还要准确判断膜清洗时机,选择合适的清洗方案。With the increasing application scale of membrane technology in city wastewater reclamation and reuse, membrane pollution problem has become more and more serious, and has become one of the factors restricting the cost of wastewater treatment. Through summarizing the principle of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, the cause of membrane pollution, pollution types and related research, based on the analysis of operating situation and problems of two city sewage treatment projects that applying double membranes method to wastewater tertiary treatment, We can conclude that when double membranes was used to wastewater tertiary treatment, uhrafiltration can provide stable water quality, while the reverse osmosis need frequent chemical cleaning. The main reason of reverse osmosis pollution is organic pollution and microbiological pollution. Therefore, in order to aviod membrane fouling, we have three key measures to do. Firstly, choose proper pretreatment and optimize the process design; secondly, optimize the operating scheme in practical operation; finally, accurately determine the membrane cleaning time and choose the right cleaning methods.
