摘　　要：目前对城市交通系统的能力要求越来越高,城市规划、土地、资金等的约束对城市交通体系的建设影响较大。本文提出了基于现代起重、运输技术的新型交通体系的构建理念,设计了针对车辆掉头、紧急事件处理、潮汐交通等方面的专用设备,有效提升了交通系统的通行能力。The requirement on capacity of the urban traffic system is higher and higher currently, and restrictions of urban planning, land use, finance, and the like take great effect on construction of the urban traffic system. The paper puts forward a building idea of new - type traffic system based on modern hoisting and transport technologies, with special equipment designed for vehicle turnabout, emergency treatment, and tidal transport, etc. , which effectively improves the traffic capacity.
