摘　　要：针对常用的液压盘式制动装置频繁制动使闸瓦严重磨损引起的制动力下降、刹车不灵、甚至造成制动失效等问题,设计了TP-100型制动装置闸瓦磨损间隙的自动补偿装置。该装置能够及时、自动地进行补偿,并保持恒定的制动力和闸瓦退距,解决了其制动力失效及安全制动可靠性问题。结果表明,该自动补偿装置是有效和可行的。Aiming at the problems of braking force reduction, ineffective braking, or even failure arising from serious wear of the shoe due to frequent braking of current hydraulic disc brake, the automatic compensation device for shoe wear clearance of TP - 100 hydraulic disc brake is designed. The new device can compengate timely and automatically, and keep constant braking force and shoe clearance, which solves the braking failure, safety and reliability problem, showing its effect and feasibility.
