摘　　要：基于生产性服务业兴起的背景,对服务供应链管理概念的四种认识进行了综述,并从服务供应链管理角度对生产性服务企业的研究进行了综述。选取ZG集团作为企业制度创新单案例研究的对象,从服务供应链管理网络结构、业务流程和管理成分三个构成方面,深入剖析了ZG集团的制度创新。发现ZG集团通过服务供应链管理的制度创新,实现了由传统商贸型企业向现代生产性服务企业的转型,成功成为一体化的企业集团。Based on the development of producer service industry, four views of service supply chain management and the literature of producer service enterprises are reviewed from the perspective of service supply chain. Then, ZG Group is selected to be the case of institutional innovation. The institutional innovation of ZG Group is deeply analyzed from three aspects of service supply chain management： network structure, business process and management component. It finds that ZG Group has realized a successful transformation from traditional trade group to modern producer service group through the institutional innovation of service supply chain, successfully growing into an integrated conglomerate.
