气干剂三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚的工业化生产工艺研究

摘　　要：三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚带有自干性基团,广泛应用于不饱和聚酯、水溶性树脂、醇酸树脂、UV固化树脂领域,增强树脂的亲水性、气干性和硬度。文章拟以三羟甲基丙烷与氯丙烯为原料,通过有机碱,金属催化剂或有机碱与金属催化剂来共同催化此反应,使该反应在均相体系中常压下甚至常温下进行,使得原料能够得到最大化的利用,同时也简化了产品的后处理程序。Trihydroxymethylenepropane three diallyl ether with self dry group, widely used in unsaturated polyester resin, water soluble resin, alkyd resin, UV resin, reinforced resin hydrophilicity, dry gas and hardness. This study uses three hydroxy methyl propane and propylene chloride as raw material, through the organic alkali catalyst, metal or organic alkali and metal catalyst to catalyze this reaction, the reaction in homogeneous system under atmospheric pressure and room temperature, the material can be maximum utilization, but also simplifies the products after processing program.
