以铝箔酸为原料合成聚硅酸氯化铝铁絮凝剂的性能研究

摘  要:文章研究铝箔酸、水玻璃以及聚合氯化铝铁等为原料,合成一种新型的高效净水剂聚硅酸氯化铝铁(PSAFC),并考察了铝硅比(Al/Si)、废水pH、絮凝剂投加量等因素对印染废水的浊度以及COD去除率的影响。研究结果表明,在硅酸钠溶液浓度为1.5%条件下Al/Si约4.0~5.0比较合适,PSAFC的稳定时间超过30天;此外,该条件下制备的PSAFC浊度去除率达到94%以上、COD去除率达到65%,并且与聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)相比,本研究制得的PSAFC产品具有更好的水净化性能。In the study, the aluminum foil acid, sodium silicate and poly-aluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) were used as initial materials to synthesize polysilicate aluminum ferric chloride (PSAFC). In additon, the ratio of Al/Si, pH of waster water, dosage and other effects were investigated. The results showed the floceulant synthesized with AI/Si about 4.0-5.0 and WSiO2 about 1.5 % had excellent flocculating performance. It could got rid of the turbidity and the chemical oxygen demand(COD), about 94 % and 65 %, respectively. Moveover, the flocculant of PSAFC prepared with above process could be stored stable more than 30 days.
