摘 要:试样以盐酸、氢氟酸、硝酸分解,高氯酸冒烟至近干,稀盐酸溶解浸取盐类,以抗坏血酸还原铁(III)至铁(II)。在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,邻二氮杂菲与铁(II)生成橙红色络合物,于分光光度计510 nm出测量吸光度。文章对该方法的试样分解条件、显色条件、共存离子干扰以及测量范围进行了分析和讨论,并进行了实际样品的回收率和对照试验,试验结果表明该方法测定的灵敏度、准确度、精密度均能满足保护渣日常检验分析的要求。A method was introduced in this paper that the content of the iron in metallurgy continuous casting was determined by o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry, and its influencing factors and results were discussed. The results showed that the recovery rate was 98.06 %-102.50 %, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 1.50 %. Spectrophotometry was a fast and simple method with high accuracy and sensitivity, which could be used for the quality control of iron in metallurgy continuous casting powder.
