摘 要:将小球藻包埋于海藻酸钠和壳聚糖胶球中,对市政污水进行深度处理。实验研究了细胞负载、固定化载体、饥饿处理对污水深度处理的影响。结果表明,在一定的细胞负载范围内,对氮、磷的去除率随细胞负载的增加而增加。由叶绿素a含量得知,两种载体均不影响细胞增长。相同细胞负载,壳聚糖作为固定化载体的藻细胞对氮、磷的去除率及叶绿素a增长量高于海藻酸钠载体,但对磷的去除率不明显。壳聚糖作为固定化载体,500万个藻细胞/胶球氮磷去除率最大,5天氮和磷的去除率分别为93.6%和97.5%,饥饿处理48h后,细胞增殖未受影响,氮、磷去除率有所提高,3天氮和磷的去除率分别净增12.3%和7.5%。Chlorella sp. isolated from the sewage entrapped in alginate and chitosan beads was used for the treatment of municipal sewage. Some factors had been considered about nitrogen and phosphate removal efficiency and changes in the process of algae growth in this paper, such as cell loading, immobilization, starvation. The results showed that, in a certain range of cell loading, nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency increased with the increase of cell loading. Chlorophyll a contents demonstrated that immobilized method did not affect the growth of cells. Nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency and Chlorophyll a content of algal cells were higher than immobilized by alginate sodium. However, the phosphorus removal efficiency was not obvious. After immobilized by chitosan the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of 5 million algae cells per beads was the optimal, which was 93.6% and 97.5% respectively. Cell proliferation was not effect by starving for 48h, but it can significantly enhance the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency within 3d. A net increase of nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency was 12.3% and 7.5% respectively.
