摘  要:部分晶化法是一种具有实用前景的Fe78Si9B13非晶合金热处理方法。研究了不同热处理温度、热处理时间、保护气氛及冷却速度对Fe78Si9B13非晶合金磁性能的影响,探讨了获得具有一定恒导磁性能Fe78Si9B13非晶合金磁芯的方法。随热处理温度的上升,Fe78Si9B13非晶磁芯0A下的电感量单调下降,1A下的电感量先上升后下降。在一定保温温度和保护气氛下,随热处理时间的延长,Fe78Si9B13非晶磁芯0A下电感量单调减小,1A下电感量单调增加。较低的保温温度有利于在较宽保护气氛下获得所需磁性能的磁芯,过高真空度不利于获得所需的磁芯性能。不同冷却速度对Fe78Si9B13非晶磁芯电感量没有明显影响。Partial crystallization was an applicable heat-treatment method for Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy. The influence of different heat-treatment temperature, time, atmosphere and cooling rate on magnetic properties of Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy, and the way to get constant permeable Fe78Si9B13 alloy were investigated. As the heat-treatment temperature increased, the inductance under no direct bias decreased, and the inductance under 1 A bias increased first and then dropped. Under a certain temperature and air pressure, as the heat-treatment time increased, the inductance under no direct bias decreased, and the inductance under 1 A bias increased. It was easy to meet the magnetic properties requirement of the cores in a wide atmosphere condition and lower temperature. It was not easy to meet the magnetic properties requirement of the cores in a high vacuum condition. There was no obvious influence of different cooling rate on the inductance of Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy.
