摘 要:环境流是指维持河流生态环境所需的流量及其水文过程。环境流研究可为生态环境需水研究提供新的思路,为河流生态调度与生态环境系统恢复提供科学依据。本文以渭河林家村断面为研究对象,采用5种环境流量事件,包含34个环境流指标,分析了该断面在人类活动影响前后环境流的变化情况。结果表明:人类活动干扰后,各流量事件呈现出更为集中化的趋势,枯水流量事件和特枯流量事件变化较大,15个环境流指标影响较大,会对河流水生生物造成影响。因此迫切需要采取合理的生态调度措施,制定生态环境系统恢复目标,以维持渭河河流生态环境系统的健康。Environmental flow of a river is the flows and hydrological process that maintain the eco- environmental demands by the river. Study of this flow can provide new ideas for such demands and a scientific basis for river ecological operation and eco-environmental restoration. This paper takes the Linjiacun section of the Wei River as the study area and analyzes the variations of environmental flows before and after activating the human activities, using five types of flow events and 34 parameters of the environmental flows. Results show that these flow events have a centralized trend of greater variations in low flow and extreme low flow events. The variations influence all the parameters and may produce certain affects on the aquatic organisms. Therefore, for this river to maintain a good health there is an urgent need to determine a reasonable eco-environmental target and take effective measures of ecological operations for eco-environmental restoration toward this target.
