摘  要:面板堆石坝检修是保障大坝安全的重要工程措施之一。本文从放空洞的设置、放空洞与施工后期向下游放水功能相结合、放空系数(H1/H)等基本概念出发,论述面板堆石坝设置放空洞的必要性。将坝高按100~150m级和150m以上分别分析我国典型面板堆石坝放空洞或兼有放空功能的特点和放空能力,并重点分析紫坪铺和水布垭等典型面板堆石坝设置放空洞在大坝检修、应急管理中的作用,并结合具体工程对放空洞的泄水安全及对策问题进行了讨论。Maintenance on CFRD dam is one of the important engineering measures in dam safety management. The necessity of emptying tunnel for dewatering reservoir in CRFD dam is discussed based on the essential concepts of tunnel characteristics, combination with water releasing in the later diversion stage, and the emptying factor (H1/H). The characteristics and capability of emptying tunnel for the dam height from 100m to 150m and the above are analyzed separately. Zipingpu and Shuibuya CFRD dams are selected as the typical cases for analyzing the functions in dam maintenance and emergency management. The discharging safety and countermeasures for the emptying tunnel itself are also discussed.
