摘  要:本文结合溪洛渡特高拱坝工程建设提出的"一个中心、两个支撑,三个支柱力量"的建设项目管理模式,分析了国内外重大水电工程中科研工作的主要模式,详细阐述了无裂缝大坝建设科研模式的特征、内涵和意义;提出了紧密围绕工程实际,重视业主对建设无裂缝大坝的核心需求,做好研究角色和研究方法的转变,实现跨单位、跨学科、跨地区的一体化科研新模式。最后阐述了这种模式在溪洛渡拱坝建设中的应用,根据建设现场的实际条件动态跟踪科研,实时、在线、个性化、智能化研究大坝混凝土、基础岩体材料和大坝结构的真实性能,通过动态科研配合动态设计、施工和采取切实可行的工程措施,实现大坝无裂缝建设的全过程。本文的科研模式可为指导同类工程建设提供借鉴。This paper discusses research strategies for development of the major hydropower projects in China and overseas, based on the construction management strategy "one center, two supports, and three pillars of the power" proposed by Fan Qixiang, and elaborates in detail the characteristics, connotation and significance of scientific research strategy for non-cracking superhigh arch dam. Based on the Xiluodu hydropower project, a new strategy is put forth, placing emphasis on the owners' core concerns on constructing a non-cracking arch dam, two changes in research role and research methods, and three integrations in cross-administration, cross- disciplinary and cross-regional integrated research. A demonstration is given for application of this new strategy to dynamic tracking researches and real-time, online, individual and intelligent studies in determining the parameters of dam concrete and foundation rock mass and the real operating function of dam structure at each construction stage of the Xiluodu hydropower station. Through combining dynamic scientific researches with dynamic design and construction and taking practical engineering measures, the proposed scientific research strategy would ensure a successful completion of a non-cracking superhigh arch dam, and it could also be beneficial to design and construction of similar hydropower projects currently ongoing in southwest China.
