摘　　要：原熔融尿素泵为填料密封离心泵 ,在超负荷生产下不能满足生产要求 ,且填料易磨损 ,填料渣堵塞喷头小孔 ,造成产品粒子差。改为飞铁泵后 ,满足了生产要求 ,克服了填料磨损的缺陷 ,提高了产品产量。The seal filler of the centrifugal pump used for melt urea is easily worn down and blocks the spray nozzle in the overload operation.The flyweight pump used in the production avoids the faults of filler wearing and improves the quality of products instead of centrifugal pump.
