摘　　要：日本综合商社是一种有日本特色的集贸易、投资、金融及信息等为一体的跨国公司,它的商业模式对日本经济的发展起到了至关重要的作用。分析了日本综合商社商业模式的特点,阐述了综合商社在发展国际投资和贸易中的作用以及来自金融危机和服务外包的挑战,从三个方面提出了对我国在扩大对外投资贸易中的政策建议,以提高我国对外投资贸易中的国际竞争力。Japanese Trading Company is a multinational company with typical Japanese characteristics and it＇s also an integration of trade, investment, finance and information. Its business model has played an essential role in the development of Japanese economy. This essay analyses the characteristics of the Japanese Trading Company＇s business model, and expounds the Japanese Trading Company＇s role in the development of international investment and trade, as well as the challenges from the financial crisis and service outsourcing. In order to improve China＇s international competitiveness of foreign investment and trade, this essay will come up with some policy advices about the expansion of foreign investment and trade from three aspects.
