摘  要:采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对实心玻璃微珠(SGM)进行了表面活化处理,并制备了SGM/PTFE密封材料,分析了活化处理前后SGM的表面形貌,考查了SGM含量对密封材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,KH550提高了SGM颗粒与PTFE树脂的相容性;随着SGM含量的增加,密封材料的拉伸性能与结晶度下降,邵氏D硬度、压缩回复性能提高。The solid glass microspheres were treated with KH550 silane coupling agent,and then the solid glass microsphere/polytetrafluoroethylene (SGM/PTFE) composites for sealing were prepared.The surface morphology of SGM was analyzed before and after activating treatment.The effect of SGM content on the mechanical properties of SGM/PTFE composites was studied.The results show that the interracial adhesion between SGM particles and PTFE resin is enhanced.With increasing SGM content,the tensile properties and the crystallinity properties of composites are decreased,while their Shore D hardness and compression recovery properties are enhanced.
