民俗旅游资源开发潜力评价——以澜沧江流域为例

摘　　要：系统、定量的评价民俗旅游资源开发潜力有助于保障其合理开发,促进旅游业的健康发展。从资源特性和区域旅游发展适宜性两方面构建了民俗旅游资源开发潜力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和德尔菲法确定了指标权重并构建了评价模型;以澜沧江流域为例,对其民俗旅游资源开发潜力进行了定量评估与分析,依据评估结果将澜沧江流域民俗旅游资源潜力划分为优先开发区、重点潜力区、普通潜力区、有条件开发区和后备潜力区5个等级分区,并提出了相应的发展策略。The evaluation index system for development potential of folk tourism resources was built from the perspective of the characteristics of folk tourism resources and regional tourism development suitability.And further the weights of index system and evaluation models were analyzed.Taking Lancang river basin as a case study,a quantitative assessment and analysis of its folk tourism resources development potential were carried out.At last,we divided Lancang river basin into 5 function zones based on the assessment results and put forward different development strategies according to this.The research result is hoped to give reference and guidance to the rational development and evaluation of the folk tourism resources in the Lancang river basin and other regions.
