摘  要:以青藏铁路线为样带中心点,在格尔木-错那湖段沿线设置样地、样方,重点调查原生植被物种丰富度、盖度、高度等基本数据,多样性指标分析结果表明:沿线植被主要分布种有90个,隶属24个科,主要建群种为紫花针茅(Stipa purpurea)、棘豆(Oxytropis DC.)、青藏苔草(Carex moorcroftii Falc)等,划分出了4个不同的生态分区;物种丰富度和盖度沿铁路线由北向南呈波动上升趋势,平均高度呈逐渐降低趋势。运用Jaccard和Cody指数分析样地之间的β多样性,结果表明:随着样地纬度方向间距的增大,Jaccard和Cody指数分别呈下降和上升趋势,相邻样地间物种相似度最高,物种沿纬度方向逐渐替代规律比较明显。A field survey was conducted to study the characteristics of the road side plant communities along the Qnghai-Tibet Railway from Geermu to Cuona Lake.The spatial variations of species richness,vegetation cover,and height of species following latitude direction were analyzed based on the field data.The results show that in the high and cold vegetation along railway there are 90 species,constructive species are Stipa purpurea,Oxytropis DC and Carex moorcroftii Falc.Alpine vegetation community along railway from Geermu to Cuona Lake can be divided into four ecological regions: the alpine desert and alpine valley shrub vegetation from Geermu to Budongquan,alpine grassland vegetation at altitude from Budongquan to Tuotuo Lake.The change tendency of species richness gradually increases firstly,then decreases and then increases;the average species coverage also present the similar change trend;average height is gradually decreased.β diversity was studied by using Jaccard and Cody index.Jaccard index decrease and Cody index increases with the increase of the latitude distance.There is the highest similarity between adjacent sample.The gradual succession of species along the latitude direction is very obvious.
