摘  要:加热齿轮等表面凹凸复杂的金属工件时,采用同步双频感应加热电源有淬火均匀、加热效率高等优势。研究了单逆变桥和复合谐振电路构成的同步双频感应加热电源,分析同步双频感应加热电源的电路结构,对电路元件参数进行了理论计算,并利用PSCAD软件进行仿真研究,在仿真中进一步设计了同步双频频率跟踪反馈电路,使逆变桥稳定工作在负载电路的中频和高频谐振频率上。采用MPS系列MOSFET高频感应加热电源搭建实验平台,对开环电路进行实验,其结果验证了单逆变桥同步双频感应电源结构和参数的正确性。Simultaneous dual-frequency induction heating power supply has advantages in heating gear and other sur- face bump complex metal workpiece which are uniform surface hardening,higher heating efficiency and so on.A dual- frequency induction heating power supply with a single inverter bridge and a composite resonant circuit are intro- duced.The circuit structure of dual-frequency induction heating power supply is analyzed, and the circuit parameters are calculated in theory, then simulation is made by PSCAD.A further design in simulation about simultaneous dual- frequency frequency tracking feedback circuit enables the quickly stable working on medium frequency and high fre- quency resonance points.The experimental platform is done by using MOSFET high frequency induction heating power supply.The experiment of open loop circuit is done by MOSFET high frequency induction heating power supply and the results prove that the topologies and parameters of this bridge are correct.
