摘 要:为了实现感应加热电源的高频化、高效率化及高功率输出能力,在双开关T型并联谐振逆变器拓扑结构的基础上,提出了以MOSFET作为开关的、由T型拓扑结构串联构成的双T型并联谐振逆变器电路结构形式。它能输出理想的正弦电压波形,开关元件工作在零电压开关(ZVS)状态,降低了开关损耗,使工作频率、效率和功率输出能力得以提高,且工作状态稳定、易控制。详述了电路的构成及工作原理,分析了电流、电压的关系,最后给出了实验结果。In order to achieve the high frequency, high efficiency and high power output capacity of induction-heating power supply, based on the T-type parallel resonant inverter circuit topology structure with double switch, a double T- type parallel resonant inverter circuit topology structure with MOSFET as the switch, which are connected in series by the T-type is put forward.It can output the ideal sinusoidal voltage waveform.The switching device operating in zero- vohage-switching(ZVS) condition reduces the switching losses, improving the operating frequency and efficiency and the power output capability.The working state of inverter is stable and easy to control.Then it gives the detailed statement of the structure and the working principle of the circuit.At last, the experimental results are given by doing researches and the analysis on the relationship of current and voltage.
