摘　　要：结合相关资料,综述了薄荷组织的离体培养和细胞悬浮培养的研究概况,指出目前薄荷组培技术方面的局限和不足,提出细胞培养直接产生次生代谢产物的开发利用途径,为以后进行薄荷组织和细胞培养工作指明方向.This paper introduced the domestic research situation in tissue and cell culture of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. with the related data, and pointed out the limitation and shortcoming of tissue culture technology, and direct the next step of study in tissue and cell culture of Mentha haplocalyx Briq..
