脱钙剂MR-2513在高钙原油上应用效果的研究

摘　　要：采用高效脱钙剂MR-2513对高酸高钙的多巴混油进行了脱钙研究。通过实验室电脱盐实验,筛选出与脱钙剂MR-2513配伍破乳效果较好的油溶性破乳剂C和水溶性破乳剂G分别作电脱盐一二级注剂,并对脱钙剂用量及电脱盐工艺条件进行了优化。经二级破乳化电脱盐后钙含量、盐含量、水含量全部满足指标要求。Efficient use of decalcifying agent MR -2513 on DOPA high acid and high calcium mixed oil were decalcified research. Through the electric desahing experimental laboratory, screen out the better and decalcifying agent MR-2513 and demulsification of oil soluble demulsifier C and water soluble demulsifier G, respectively, as the electric desalting one or two injection agent, and the decalcification agent amount and the electric desalting process conditions were optimized. The two level of demulsification desahing after the calcium content, salt content, and water content in all met the requirements.
