高效液相法测定洋茴香果实中金丝桃苷含量

摘　　要：对新疆洋茴香黄酮进行了提取研究,并有助于新疆特殊地理环境中药用植物资源的开发利用,了解黄酮含量的多少可以争对性用于某些疾病的保健。采用连续回流等方法对洋茴香进行预处理,并采用高效液相色谱法对样品的金丝桃苷进行分析。结果显示:金丝桃苷含量在52 mg·100 g-1左右。综合其市场价格,洋茴香是一种使用价值较高的药材。Extracting flavonoids from Xinjiang anise was studied, which was helpful to the development and utilization of the medicinal plant resources of Xinjiang special geographical environment, and found that many flavonoids can fight sexual for some disease care. Using continuous reflux methods, such as anise pretreatment, and using high performance liquid chromatography of hyperin samples for analysis, the hyperin content was higher about 52 mg/100 g. Integrated its market price, aniseed was a kind of higher value raw material for medicine.
