摘　　要：根据现代煤化工的发展趋势,结合地方高等院校的办学宗旨,提出具有现代煤化工特色的化学工程与工艺专业课程体系改革的方向。提出了具体的人才培养目标和课程改革方案,并着力在师资队伍建设和实践教学环节形成突破。According to the development trend of modem coal chemical industry, combining with local colleges and universities mission, the reform of the curriculum system of chemical engineering and technology specialty with modern coal chemical characteristics was promoted. Scheme of target specific personnel training and curriculum reform were put forward. The construction of a breakthrough in the construction of the teachers and the teaching practice was intensified.
