摘 要:采用盆栽试验,研究了在不同的施肥条件(空白处理、施入重金属Cu、重金属Cu+腐殖酸F处理、重金属Cu+菌肥J处理)下,4种作物(玉米、高粱、蓖麻、向日葵)对铜污染土壤中4种酶(脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶)的影响。结果表明:对于无铜污染的土壤,加入铜对土壤的过氧化氢酶有激活效应,对脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶有抑制效应;在土壤中菌肥浓度0.5g·kg-1和腐殖酸浓度0.5 g·kg-1时,对铜污染土壤中过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶有激活效应,并且加入菌肥激活效应更明显。综合考虑认为,处理Cu+J效果最好,在土壤中菌肥浓度0.5 g·kg-1时,对4种酶激活效应的大小依次是玉米(Cu+J)、高粱(Cu+J)、蓖麻(Cu+J)、向日葵(Cu+J)。A pot experiment was studied that under different fertilization conditions (i.e. blank processing, the heavy metal Cu ,the heavy metal Cu + humus acid F, the heavy metal Cu + J inorganic fertilizer), the effect of four types of crops (corn, sorghum, castor, sunflower) on 4 kinds of enzymes (urease, catalase, sucrase, phosphatase) of copper contaminated soil. The result showed that, for the copper contaminated soil, adding copper had activation effect on soil catalase,but had inhibition effect on urease,sucrase,phosphatase; when the soil inorganic feilizer concentration was 0.5 g. kg-1, soil humus acid concentration was 0.5 g·kg-1, catalase,urease ,sucrase and phosphatase in copper contaminated soil had the activation effect, and it had more apparent activation effect when joined the researches. It was concluded that all things considered, for four kinds of processing, the effect processing of Cu + J was best, bacterial manure in the soil under the concentration of 0.5 g. kg-1, for four kinds of enzyme activation effect was followed by corn (Cu + J), sorghum (Cu + J),castor (Cu + J), sunflower (Cu + J).
