摘　　要：我国港口的大型翻车机系统一直采用振动给料器给料,2013年初港口引入了活化给煤机,而重型板式给料机是矿山、冶金等行业常用的重要设备。本文从给料工艺、安装形式、设备和基建投资、节能和工艺适应性等方面对这3种给料方式做一全面的比较,重点说明了大型翻车机系统重板给料工艺的合理性。The vibration feeder for feeding has been always adopted in large scale of dumper system for ports in Chi- na till the Un - Coaler, a kind of activation coal feeder, has been led into the use in port at the beginning of 2013. Heavy - duty apron feeder is a kind of important equipment in mining, metallurgy and the other industries. In this paper, a com- prehensive comparison between the feeding process, the installation form, the equipments and the corresponding foundation investment, the energy saving, the process adaptability etc. is made. So the rationality for the heavy -duty apron feeding process in large scale of dumper system is illustrated mainly.
