货运事故处理系统理赔功能优化的探讨

摘　　要：分析现有货运事故处理系统建设初期构架、设计思路、网络条件及系统维护和使用状况方面存在的不足,根据日益发展变化的货运事故处理功能需求和技术要求,从调整系统架构、优化系统运用维护、健全案卷惟一事故号机制、实现相关系统资源共享等方面提出系统架构功能优化的对策,从增设财务智能兑付、实现理赔全程管控、便捷统计考核管理等方面,对系统功能拓展进行分析。This paper analyzes the deficiencies existing in framework, design idea, network condition, system maintenance and using status in establishment of existing freight accident processing system in early period.According to the developing and changing function and technical demand of freight accident processing,the paper puts forward the countermeasures on optimization of system framework functions from aspects of adjusting system framework, optimizing system using and maintenance, integrating the unique accident number mechanism for the records and realizing relative system resource share. The paper also analyzes the functional expansion of the system from aspects of added-setting financial intelligent cash and realizing claim whole-process control as well as making statistics, examination and management more convenient.
