摘　　要：为提高对盾构机主轴承检测认识的全面性,以海瑞克S367泥水盾构机主轴承(型号SKF 87611)工厂检测为例,先介绍主轴承的结构、在盾构机上的安装形式及其密封系统,在此基础上又对主轴承的拆解检测过程进行全程跟踪介绍,最后对主轴承密封系统的静态建压测试作了特别介绍,以全面的角度来描述主轴承在工厂内的检测流程,体现了主轴承检测工作的系统性,对以后盾构机主轴承的检修、再制造有积极的指导意义。The structure,installation mode and sealing system of the main bearing of Herrenknecht S367 slurry shield are presented.The dismantling and inspection of the main bearing are discussed and the static pressure test of the sealing system of the main bearing is introduced.Furthermore,the in-factory inspection procedure of the main bearing is described in detail.Guidance is provided for the inspection and remanufacturing of main bearings of shields in the future.
