我国农业类上市公司风险管理有效性检验

摘　　要：企业进行风险管理是否起到了应有的作用,一直是理论界关心的话题。运用我国农业类上市公司2006~2010年的年报数据,对风险管理有效性的问题进行了实证检验。研究发现,企业运用金融衍生品进行风险对冲,对公司价值具有一定的正面影响,而通过设立风险管理机构进行风险管理也能提升公司价值,但显著性方面有所不及;除此之外,还根据我国上市公司经营管理的实际,以公司诉讼仲裁与受谴责事件的数量作为风险管理的措施进行了研究,结果发现,企业年度诉讼仲裁事件的数量与公司价值存在明显的负相关关系。总体来看,农业类上市公司进行风险管理的有效性较为显著,这也意味着我国的上市公司应该加强全面风险管理体系的建设。This paper finds that, there are certain positive effects to the companies that use financial derivatives to hedge risk, and the companies can enhance the value of the company by establishing the risk management mechanism to carry out risk management, but significant aspects are somewhat less than the standard; the number of annual corporate litigation and arbitration events and company value are obvious in negative correlation. On the whole, the risk management effectiveness of the listed agricultural companies is more significant, and this also means that the company should strengthen the construction of comprehensive risk management system.
