摘　　要：嘉庆年间,奉天地区水灾频繁。水灾给奉天地区农业经济造成较大的破坏,甚至严重影响了民众的生活。为此,清朝采取了各种救灾措施,在一定程度上缓解了灾区的民生问题,但其中的教训值得思考。During the period of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty, flood disaster occurred frequently in the area of Feng- tian. The flood disaster brought about serious damages to the local agricultural economy in Fengtian, and severely affected people＇ s life there. The government took various measures for the disaster-relief that, to a certain extent, helped protect people＇ s livelihood in the flooded areas. Many lessons are worth drawing from the events for the later generations.
