摘　　要：目的:采用Meta分析的方法系统评价TLR4基因Asp299Gly多态性与冠心病(CHD)的关系,为探索CHD的遗传背景提供循证医学证据。方法:全面检索1990—2013年PubMed、Medline医学数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普数据库,检索TLR4基因Asp299Gly多态性与冠心病关系的病例-对照研究。在全面文献回顾的基础上对文献进行筛选、评价和数据提取。采用RevMan 5.0统计软件,对符合纳入标准的文献进行统计分析,包括异质性检验、合并效应量、评估文献发表偏倚以及敏感性分析。结果:共纳入11篇文献,累计病例8 343例,对照5 357例。TLR4基因Asp299Gly位点的基因型Meta分析结果,合并OR=0.98,95%CI(0.78,1.23),P=0.87;TLR4基因Asp299Gly位点的等位基因Meta分析结果,合并OR=0.98,95%CI(0.78,1.22),P=0.84。结论:TLR4基因Asp299Gly多态性可能与CHD无关联。Objective To evaluate the relationship between TLR4 Asp299Gly polymorphism and coronary heart disease（CHD）with Meta-analysis and to provide basis for evidence-based medicine for the genetic background of CHD.Methods Case-control studies of the TLR4Asp299Gly polymorphism association with CHD from 1990to 2013were retrieved from PubMed,Medline,Chinese periodical full text database（CNKI）,Wanfang database and Vip information database.Based on reviewing full text,the data were selected,evaluated and accessed.RevMan 5.0software was used to perform the statistical analysis of those studies that fulfilled the inclusion criteria for the Meta-analysis.The methods of statistical analysis included the heterogeneity inspection,effect consoliating,publication bias assessment and sensitivity analysis.Results A total of 11studies were available for this analysis,including 8 343patients and 5 357controls.The Meta-analysis results of Asp299Gly genotype showed OR=0.98,95%CI（0.78,1.23）,P=0.87;and the allele results were OR=0.98,95%CI（0.78,1.22）,P=0.84.Conclusion TLR4Asp299Gly polymorphism may be not associated with CHD.
