摘　　要：农村民主选举是农村基层民主建设的重要内容,是村民自治的最重要环节。民主选举的实施,调动了村民的政治参与热情,推动了政治、经济、文化的发展。但在当前的中国农村民主选举中,还存在着一些不容忽视的问题,影响着农村民主自治的进程。梳理分析农村民主选举存在的问题,对推进农村民主选举工作的开展具有一定的现实指导意义。The rural democratic election is important in the in rural democratic construction and the villager autono- my. The implementation of the democratic election arouses the villagers＇political enthusiasm and promotes the development of the politics,economy and culture. But in the current rural democratic election in China, still there are some problems that cannot be ignored affecting the process of rural democratic autonomy. It plays a guiding role in boosting the rural democratic election to analyze the existing problems in the rural democratic election.
