摘　　要：目的；观察低分子肝索两种不同注射方法对患者局部皮下出血的影响。方法：选择2011年5月一2013年5月人住我科接受注射低分子肝素治疗的92例患者进行试验观察，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用常规方法注射，观察组采用改良方法注射，对比两组患者局部皮下出血发生率。结果：观察组患者局部皮下出血发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05），但两组患者发生的出血程度比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：低分子肝素注射时采用改良方法注射的效果较好。Objective： To observe the influence on local subcutaneous hemorrhage in patients with the low molecular heparin of two differ- ent injection method. Methods ： Chose 92 patients from May 2011 to May 2013 who used low molecular weight heparin and they were ran- domly divided into control group and observation group ,46 patients in each group. The control group used conventional methods of injec- tion,the observation group used a modified method of injection,eompared the effect of injection between two groups. Results：The inci- dence of two groups of patients with subcutaneous hemorrhage have statistical significance,The incidence of local hemorrhage in observa- tion group was significantly lower than that in the matched group （P 〈 0.05 ）. But, after local bleeding occurred in two patients, there was no statistical significance between the degree of hemorrhage （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： When using the improved method injection of low molecular weight heparin, the effect is better.
