美皮康敷料治疗Ⅱ期、浅Ⅲ期压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察美皮康敷料治疗Ⅱ期、浅Ⅲ期压疮临床疗效。方法:将92例压疮病人随机为观察组和对照组各46例,观察组使用美皮康泡沫敷料治疗,对照组使用凡士林纱布治疗,两组均按压疮护理常规护理,分别观察两组患者治疗有效率、愈合时间。结果:观察组治疗压疮有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美皮康泡沫敷料治疗Ⅱ期、浅Ⅲ期压疮可缩短创面愈合时间,减少换药次数,提高治愈率,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of mepilex dressing treating of Ⅱ and shallow Ill pressure ulcers. Meth- ods：92 cases of patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into treatment group （46 cases）and control group （46 cases） ,the treatment group used Mepilex foam dressing for the treatment, control group used the vaseline gauze treatment, two groups according to pressure ulcer care routine nursing, the two groups were observed to have efficiency, healing time. Results： The treatment group in the treatment of pressure sores effective rate was higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Mepilex foam dressing in treatment of pressure ulcer of phase Ⅱ , shallow Ⅲean shorten the wound healing time, reduce the frequency of dressing changes,improve the cure rate and Worth clinical popularizing.
