摘　　要：目的:总结36例鼻内镜联合唇龈切口进路切除鼻咽侵及翼腭窝占位的手术配合及护理体会。方法:对36例鼻咽侵及翼腭窝占位患者采用鼻内镜联合唇龈切口进路切除手术的护理配合。结果:本组36例患者中,有34例术毕安返病房,有2例术中出血超过5000 ml,术后转SICU观察、对症治疗,分别于术后第2,3天返病房。36例患者手术效果满意,无术后并发症。结论:术前做好患者心理护理,认真准备手术器械;术中密切关注手术进展,默契配合手术,严格无菌操作,可提高手术配合质量,保障患者手术安全。Objective：To summarize 36 cases of endoscopic incision into the joint labiogingival resection of nasepharyngeal mass invading the pterygopalatine fossa with surgery and nursing. Methods ：36 cases of nasopharyngeal mass invading the pterygopalatine fossa were trea- ted with endoscopic incision into the joint labiogingival care with surgical resection. Results：The group of 36 patients,there were 34 cases of surgery returned to the ward,there were two cases of bleeding than 5000 ml,postoperative turn SICU observation, symptomatic treat- ment, respectively, after the second, third day and back ward. 36 patients were satisfied, no postoperative complications. Conclusion：Preop- erative psychological care of patients, careful preparation of surgical instruments; intraoperative surgical progress closely, with the tacit understanding surgery, strict aseptic surgery with improved quality.
