心土对芳樟大田扦插育苗的影响研究

摘　　要：芳樟富含芳樟醇,是重要的精油原料树种。为了探索心土对芳樟大田扦插育苗的影响,通过规模化扦插育苗试验,采用SPSS统计分析方法,研究了心土对芳樟插穗成活和幼苗生长的影响。研究表明,心土类型对芳樟扦插成苗率及幼苗的高、径和侧根生长均有显著影响,但对侧根数量的影响不明显。8月份适宜芳樟扦插育苗,扦插成苗率可达82%。苗床扦插因为心土层透气和保水性能比较好,加上根系生长空间比较大,有利于芳樟扦插苗的幼苗生长。芳樟扦插当年小苗移栽后,当年不宜再次扦插芳樟。Cinnamomum camphora is an important raw material in essential oil-extracting for it is rich in linalool. In order to explore the effect of subsoil on C. camphoralarge field cutting seedlings, the scalization experiments on the cutting seedlings were conducted by using SPSS statistical analysis. The effects of subsoil types on seedling survival rate and seedling growth condition were investigated. The results show that the type of subsoil had a significant influence on survival rate, stem height, ground diameter and lateral root growth of C. camphora large scale field cutting seedlings, but not on the amount of lateral roots; August is a suitable time for C. camphora＇s cutting seedlings, the survival rate could be as high as 82%; Since seedbed cuttings offered the subsoil layer good ventilation ability and water keeping ability, moreover it leaves relatively large room for root growth, these were beneficial for C. camphora＇s cutting seedlings growth; the findings show that it is not proper to perform cutting seedlings again in the same field within one year, after transplanting C. camphora shoots.
